Karen joined Allstate from CNA in 2000, bringing nearly 30 years of property casualty leadership experience and industry knowledge in both the exclusive and independent agency channels.
Since her initial role as Encompass Casualty Director, she has progressed through various leadership roles within the organization, including Senior Claim
Field Director for the State of Florida. She now leads the Encompass Claims team, which consists of seven regional claims offices across the U.S., supporting the independent agency channel in servicing the protection needs of consumers through the EncompassOne® Policy.
Karen earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst College and holds the Casualty Claims Law Associate designation.
