Chen Kai is the chairman of the board and CEO of UIT. In 2001, he established UIT in Hong Kong and served as chairman of the board and CEO.

Master's degree in Economics from Nankai University in Tianjin, and obtained his Master's degree in Business Administration from Carleton University in Canada in 1993.
