Kael Sultan is the founder and CEO of Kontrol Technologies K.A Ltd, an Israeli smart lock and access control company headquartered in Ashdod. He founded the company at 21 and built it without outside capital into one of Israel's largest keyless-entry installers, with more than 50,000 units deployed. Raised between Montreal and Israel and
immigrating at 13, Sultan taught himself locksmithing and built direct manufacturing relationships in China across more than a dozen factory visits, negotiating in conversational Mandarin. Under his leadership Kontrol launched ZERO, a consumer Face ID smart lock, and is developing PASSAGE — a vendor-neutral access-control platform that allows autonomous service robots to operate doors in hospitals and hotels. Before business, Sultan trained as an actor in Be'er Sheva.
