Jun Xu has over 15 years of field experience in the financial industry. Before, he had worked in HSBC bank and achieved the role of the youngest partner in the Asian region at McKinsey at age of 30. There he was in charge of banking, securities, and trust business in the Chinese area. Jun launched a private bank in 2014 and secured billions of
