Julia Palte has been working in the Insurance practice of INNOVALUE since 2010. As a Principal, she is part of the company's leadership team. Julia is a proven specialist for sales strategies and distribution management of insurance companies.
Main approaches of her consultancy work are growth strategies in the brokers’ sales channel, tied
agents and direct sales. Julia is also dealing with current topics of omni-channel strategies related to brand, product and pricing aspects as well as organizational and operating models within the insurance sector. Moreover, she focuses on increasing efficiency in sales and sales-related functions of insurance companies.
Julia is a widely experienced project manager who advises several of the German top-tier insurers as well as smaller specialist insurers. She extended her project experience with the MBA Insurance programme at the University of Leipzig, where she has graduated in 2014 with a Master’s degree. Her Master’s thesis dealt with the omni-channel strategies of insurance companies.
Julia studied Economics and Business Administration at the University of Hanover. Prior to her studies, Julia successfully completed a trainee program at Kreissparkasse Hannover. Before joining the INNOVALUE team, Julia worked in business development of a large German retailer.
