As owner and clinical director of Dr. Dental, Dr. Julia Faigel combines experience as a dentist with diverse administrative expertise. She oversees all clinic operations, including the development of procedures and policies targeted at optimizing standard of care. Dr. Julia Faigel works consistently to ensure that each dentist in her practice
provides safe and high-quality care, while maintaining full compliance with all regulations and industry best practices.
Dr. Faigel also works closely with clinic management to determine overall direction for the practice. She brings an in-depth knowledge of staff performance levels as well as patient needs and numbers, which assist her in contributing to the practice's strategic plan. Meanwhile, she oversees the practice's diverse suite of services, which include veneers and other cosmetic interventions.
Dr. Faigel comes to her work with a doctor of dental medicine (DMD) from the Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University. She holds active licenses in four states and is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society.
