Judith L. Bacchus is vice president and chief human resources and corporate relations officer of Kennametal Inc. In this position, Ms. Bacchus oversees all human resources responsibilities and leads the company's internal and external corporate relations worldwide.
Ms. Bacchus joined Kennametal in April 2006. Prior to her current role,
she served as vice president human resources for Kennametal’s shared services, growth and segment functions and also led the global talent acquisition team. Before joining Kennametal, Ms. Bacchus was human resources generalist - North America for the Marconi Corporation. She has more than 20 years of experience as a human resource professional.
Ms. Bacchus holds a Bachelor of Science in administration and management from LaRoche College in Allison Park, Pennsylvania.
