Jeremy Bercoff graduated in 2001 from the Ecole Supérieure de Physique et de Chimie de Paris (ESPCI) with a specialization in physics. He worked as an R&D engineer at Philips Medical System (in 1999 and again from 2001 to 2004) and received in 2004 a Ph.D in Physics at the University of Paris VII for his work on ultrafast imaging and shear wave
propagation.
Co-founder of SuperSonic Imagine in 2005 to achieve the technological transfer of his PhD work in a new product and lead the development and implementation of the ShearWave™ Elastography mode. Today, he manages product definition and ultrasound technology developments for the company. He published over 35 scientific papers and is the owner of 8 patents in the medical imagery field.
