Joyce A. Phillips is the Founder and CEO of EqualFuture Corp. Before that, she was the Chief Executive Officer for Global Wealth, Group Managing Director, and Management Board member of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ).
Prior to joining ANZ in 2009, Phillips was President and Chief Operating Officer of American Life Insurance
Company (ALICO), then a subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), which had operations in 55 countries.
Phillips joined ALICO from Citigroup, where she was head of International Retail Banking, responsible for strengthening product distribution and expansion in Citigroup’s global retail banking franchise in 42 countries. Her prior roles include senior positions with Citigroup Japan and GE Capital.
Joyce Phillips earned an MBA degree from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA degree from the University at Buffalo.
