Joy has held several leadership nursing positions combining both clinical and business expertise. As the Regional Executive Director/Director of Clinical
Operations for a major management company, Joy was instrumental in the development and expansion of their primary care and multi-specialty network. Additionally, Joy was instrumental in developing a successful billing and consulting firm providing services to medical providers throughout the Northeast. Joy holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Long Island University.
