Joy Nyberg is responsible for leading Seagate's global human resources efforts, including: compensation and benefits, leadership and learning, staffing and on-boarding, HR central transaction centers, HR compliance, internal communications and community engagement.
Prior to joining Seagate in 2007, Nyberg was vice president of Compensation
and Benefits at Maxtor Corporation. She has also held senior HR positions at KLA-Tencor and ESL/TRW.
Nyberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
