Joy heads up 3i's Business Leaders Network, working as part of our international investment team to help connect with Chairmen, CEOs, advisors and other senior board level management for both our existing portfolio companies and in pre-deal situations.
Prior to joining 3i, Joy was at Skillcapital, working exclusively with private equity
funds across Europe to recruit buy-in management teams for LBOs and board level management for PE portfolio companies.
Joy began her career in finance with Goldman Sachs and spent five years working in the Private Wealth Management division, with a focus on asset allocation strategies.
She holds a first class honours Masters degree in Quantitative Finance from University College Dublin.
