Josh leads business development at Overair, the advanced air mobility spin-off of Karem Aircraft that is developing and commercializing its all-electric Butterfly EVTOL. Prior to joining Overair, Josh structured and negotiated commercial aircraft financing and leasing transactions at Wings Capital Partners. He began his career as a corporate
attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Josh holds an MBA and a JD from Duke University, as well as a BA in Political Science and Economics from Vanderbilt University. He is also an instrument rated private pilot.
