Mr. Ramelli served as a director from August 2012 to December 2016. Prior to his appointment as chief executive officer, Mr. Ramelli worked as a consultant for several investment funds providing in-depth due diligence and investment recommendations on biotech companies. He has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry, having worked as
both an institutional equity trader and as an equity analyst at Eos Funds, Robert W. Duggan & Associates and Seneca Capital Management. Mr. Ramelli graduated with honors from U.C. Santa Barbara, with a BA in Business Economics.
