Joe leads the fraud risk management function for Sun Life Financial Canada. He is responsible for driving a pro-active data-driven fraud screening approach across all products and services, enabling a consistent methodology for ongoing fraud risk assessments and continuing to strengthen fraud prevention, detection and investigation capabilities.
His career has involved senior financial and risk management roles, leading the development of the Group Benefits fraud risk program since 2009.
