Joseph has also been both an individual sales quota overachiever and player/coach quota

In Joseph's last 15 years, he has been recruited to be a key part of two high performing organic growth companies that started as small regional companies to then become dominant and well branded players in the HR SaaS and hiring process management space. In both instances, these growths and market reputations led to historic transactions by the same major competitor.
