Joe Casella brings expertise in technical support management, as well as operations and facilities management. Joe began as one of the original Technical Support Managers at Lipman USA, 1993. While at Lipman Joe's primary responsibility was to lead the technical support services group, but Joe also played a major role in customer service, the
repair department, quality assurance, documentation, product training, and project management. In 2005 he was promoted to VP of operations of Lipman USA running the, HR, logistics and customer service, project management, quality assurance departments, and daily operations of the company.
Joe works closely with the CEO to develop and implement new strategies, products and new markets. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Technology degree from New York Institute of Technology.
