Joe was with a biodiesel plant from nearly since its inception. He was the plant foreman from 2008 until coming on board with CIBDO and had put in many tireless and, sometimes, unpaid hours keeping things running smoothly. Joe came to us with a 30-year plethora of experience as an electrician, plumber, carpenter, welder, and heavy equipment
operator. Nearly all of those positions were also held as a supervisor of crews. Joe also has put those aforementioned skills to use as the lead maintenance manager of an apartment complex. In Decatur, Joe will be the plant foreman, maintenance supervisor and facilities manager.
