Jorgen Ekberg has been a Partner at Litorina since 2000. Before joining Litorina, he was the President of ASG, a company quoted on the A-list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Jörgen became a member of ASG's management in 1994. Initially, he was responsible for business development with a focus on corporate acquisitions and restructuring
programs. He was appointed President in 1997. In both positions, Jörgen was in charge of numerous acquisitions and divestments of businesses in Europe, USA and Asia. After ASG was acquired by what is now DHL, Jörgen was a member of the group management team during one year.
Jorgen also spent nine years working for McKinsey & Co in Stockholm and Hong Kong, specialising in multinational business, manufacturing, and transport/logistics. His clients were mainly large Nordic and multinational companies.
Jorgen holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Previous experience includes board assignments in Sveba-Dahlen, LGT and Pelly.
