Jorge (MSc Comp Sci) is in charge of leading and defining the group's strategic direction and value proposition for the Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology initiative for the banking sector, overseeing industry projects the group is participating in. With over 10 years’ experience in the area of Banking Consulting (Corporate &
Retail), he has acquired an expert knowledge in critical banking infrastructure and regulatory transformation including CMA Open Banking, GDPR and PSD2 having led implementations for multiple Tier 1 global banks.
His current focus is on how the Internet of Value will improve our ability to make payments as quickly and efficiently as data transfers, as well as inter-ledger infrastructure to improve connectivity between different DLT platforms.
