Jorge Forero is Mobility Sales Director for Sonus Networks for Central America & Latin America (CALA). Most recently Jorge was part of the Taqua management team that re-launched the business as a private company again in 2006, and performed in a variety of technical and sales roles. Throughout his 20-year career in telecommunications, Jorge has
provided network evolution and convergence counsel for a wide range customer accounts including independent telephone companies, wireline CLECs, large peering companies and wireless carriers. In previous roles Mr. Forero held management and technical positions at Williams Communications, PowerNet Global, and Tekelec. Originally from Costa Rica, Forero came to the US as a Walton Scholar, graduating from John Brown University with an EE degree.
