Jorge Bracho is the chief financial officer of SafetyPay, where he is responsible for leading the company’s financial planning, management and compliance on a global basis. Bracho brings more than 25 years of international corporate finance experience, as well as extensive experience in management and operations.
Prior to joining SafetyPay,
Bracho managed a division of 120 people at CANTV in Venezuela as the company controller where he also oversaw compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC and NYSE regulations. Previously, Bracho held executive roles at public and private multinational corporations associated with Coca Cola, Procter & Gamble, and Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Bracho holds a bachelor of science from Instituto Universitario de Tecnología Dr. Federico Rivero Palacios, a bachelor of science from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (U.C.A.B.), and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Metropolitana.
