Jong is an experienced business development and sales executive with expertise in both application and infrastructure services in the internet and telecom industries.
Jong’s most recent position was with BroadSoft driving revenue for their Unified Communication Cloud Services/(SaaS), where he launched the initial offerings to more than 10
service providers globally.
Prior to BroadSoft, Jong was at Telcordia Technologies as Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Alliances in the Interconnection Solutions Division, where he was responsible for leading the sales team to deliver a suite of interconnection solutions as well as new service offerings for mobile and next-generation networks worldwide.
Prior to Telcordia, Jong was at VeriSign where he had various roles from international business development to corporate business development. Prior to VeriSign, Jong was responsible for developing the Asia Pacific markets at Iridium.
Jong holds a B.A. in Economics from Christopher Newport University.
