Mr. Warren currently serves as CFO of Park Energy Services, LLC and has since our founding in February of 2014. Prior to Park, Mr. Warren was Director of Accounting of Compressco Partners, LP from December of 2010 to February of 2014.
Prior to Compressco, Mr. Warren was Controller of MD Building Products – a producer of weatherization and
construction products.
He maintains an active CPA license in the state of Oklahoma, holds a BS and MS from Oklahoma City University, and is a certified Six Sigma Greenbelt. Mr. Warren, his wife Meridith, and their three sons reside in the Oklahoma City area.
