Prior to Thor Equities, Mr. Smith was an Investment Associate at Benenson Capital Partners where he performed financial risk analysis and investment underwriting on new acquisitions, value-add development opportunities, and asset management portfolio strategies. During his tenure, Mr. Smith was responsible for nearly $200 million in acquisitions and new development assets.In addition to his private equity investment experience, Mr. Smith was the President and Founder of New Vision Company; a corporate real estate and operations strategy advisory firm."
