Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience in the private equity sector where he has been responsible for transaction assessment, direct investment and portfolio management. He is a former senior director of Lloyds TSB Development Capital (“LDC”), was responsible for LDC’s Southern Region, and was a member of its national Investment Committee. Jonathan
is currently a member of the BVCA’s Venture Capital Committee.
Jonathan qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte & Touche before moving to NatWest Equity Partners. He subsequently joined LDC where he spent eight years working with a wide range of businesses from investment through to exit. Jonathan has spent four years as Financial Director of a rapidly growing private equity backed manufacturing business and brings investment, portfolio management and operational skills to Altitude.
