Mr. Graham joined Danaher Corporation in 2006 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Before joining Danaher, Mr. Graham was the Vice President, Litigation & Legal Policy for the General Electric Company with global responsibility for legal disputes, investigations, enforcement proceedings, and the compliance program. Previously, Mr.
Graham was a partner at Williams & Connolly LLP where for 16 years he had wide-ranging trial practice representing corporations and individuals in complex business disputes, international arbitrations, and white-collar criminal matters.
Mr. Graham earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pitzer College and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Law Review.
