Prior to Appinio Jonathan Kurfess worked in the brand marketing department of a big CPG company. Here, he came up with idea for Appinio since there was no cost-efficient and fast solution to generate consumer insights and validate decisions. He then worked in Berlin as an Entrepreneur in Residence for a VC firm called Richmond View Ventures and
helped build up other startups, before founding Appinio in 2014 in Hamburg.
