Jon is a seasoned corporate attorney with considerable experience handling all aspects of M&A transactions across a variety of industries. Jon joined Health Carousel in January 2016 as its first Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and is responsible for all of the company’s legal matters, including corporate governance,
business transactions, contract drafting, negotiation and process administration, development of internal and external policies and procedures, risk management and regulatory compliance. In addition, Jon serves as Vice President of Business Development, where he works with other members of the executive management team to lead and execute the company’s growth strategy through corporate transactions.
He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and law degree from the University of Richmond.
