From a young age, Jonathan Farber, Ph.D., has always been extremely driven. He enrolled in graduate level studies in the philosophy of science and psychoanalysis when he was just fifteen years old, knowing that he would pursue a career in psychology. Throughout the years, Jonathan Farber, Ph.D. proves to continue his strong work ethic in all aspects of his life.

Dr. Farber believes motivation and resilience are the key elements to staying healthy. At the age of 40, he became a triathlete and has since participated in multiple triathlons all around the country. Though balancing a heavy work schedule and training for these triathlons does not come easy, Dr. Farber wakes up early every morning to make sure he is on top of his training schedule and healthy lifestyle.

Jonathan Farber, Ph.D. believes that when people are educated about their bodies and mental health, they can understand why their bodies and minds act the way they do. He knows that eating the right foods and getting an adequate amount of exercise helps reduce the risk of various illnesses, especially stress, which is what Dr. Farber tells his clients on a regular basis.

Along with his duties as a seasoned psychologist, Jonathan Farber, Ph.D. offers sports coaching - helping patients go above and beyond to reach their fitness goals. Dr. Farber is a fine example that anything can be achieved as long as you are willing to work hard for it.
