Prior to BSI, Jonathan Costello was a Director with Safeguard International Fund, L.P., a $300 million middle market private equity fund focusing on industrial based technology companies. Mr. Costello was responsible for all aspects of the investing business including deal sourcing, due diligence, deal negotiation, debt financing and portfolio
company development. He managed five active investments with a combined market value in excess of $200 million.
Mr. Costello was an Associate for Howard Industries, a middle market private equity firm focused on manufacturing and industrial technology companies. He also worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP as a Manager in the Financial Regulatory Consulting Group. In that capacity, he advised companies in a number of industries including insurance, brokerage, banking and manufacturing. He is a certified public accountant, with extensive audit experience.
