Cheng is PFA's Chief Financial Officer. He is also the President and CIO for FYSYL Capital and a Managing Director of Breakwater Investment Group, LLC. Mr. Cheng was previously a Portfolio Manager, head of Quantitative Investment Strategies, and a Research Analyst at Harbor Capital Management Company in Boston, MA. He established the
