Jonathan has over 25 years' experience in mergers and acquisitions, for the past 16 years specialising in business sales at Cavendish, where he is a Partner. He had advised on a wide range of transactions, from multi-billion pound government projects to the sale of minority stakes in small family businesses.
An Oxford graduate and
Chartered Accountant, Jonathan was previously employed at PwC and the M&A departments of Hambros Bank and Societe Generale.
Jonathan is head of M&A International Inc's Consumer and Retail Group and heads the Consumer Group at Cavendish, which focuses on branded businesses in the retail, consumer goods, food, leisure, and luxury sectors. He also has particular expertise in advising main market and AIM listed companies.
