Jonathan has been a recruitment industry professional since 1997. After graduating from the University of Leeds in 1995, he started his career in recruitment when he joined an LSE-listed international recruitment plc and became a director of the business in 2002. He set up MERJE in 2011 and as well as being a seasoned head-hunting specialist, he
has also taken on more of an operational role to help develop the business in its early stages of growth.
Jonathan has extensive experience advising clients in construction and property sectors, and has successfully worked with a wide range of residential and commercial developers across the UK. Jonathan places senior Finance professionals with international construction and property organisations, as well as private equity-backed property vehicles and leading organisations within the social and affordable housing sector. In addition, he has previously established a very successful senior internal audit and corporate governance recruitment service for a number of the world’s leading organisations.
