His vision for JOPO AI stems from direct, first-hand experience within the digital marketing industry. He identified a fundamental market failure: the prevalent
"per-seat" SaaS pricing model punishes agencies for growth, while fragmented, reactive tools lead to operational inefficiencies and wasted ad spend.
Poser's entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 16 when he successfully navigated the complex legal process in Germany to establish his first marketing-focused business as a minor, earning an official recommendation from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) for his well-founded business plan. Driven by the problems he experienced, he single-handedly architected and developed the core infrastructure of JOPO AI, leveraging a modern tech stack on Google Cloud Platform, including Firebase, Vertex AI, and Gemini.
Under his leadership, JOPO AI is pioneering a disruptive "per-client" business model that aligns the platform's success directly with the growth of the agencies it serves. The platform's mission is to transform agency teams from reactive analysts into proactive strategists through its AI-powered "Performance Maximizer Engine."
JOPO AI is a member of the Google for Startups Cloud Program.
