Jonas Ohlsson earned his Ph.D. in Materials Science from Lund University in Sweden in 2001.
He was an early pioneer, along with Prof. Lars Samuelson at Lund University, in fundamental research regarding semiconductor nanowires.
He is a co-founder of QuNano and has served QuNano and its spin-outs, Glo and Sol Voltaics variously as Research
Coordinator, Research Director, Epitaxy Director and now as IP Director.
In his current role, Jonas Ohlsson is responsible for development of IP strategy and a significant patent portfolio currently consisting of several dozen patent families.
Jonas Ohlsson is inventor of numerous key patents in the field and co-author of more than 30 scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals.
