Jonas Brodie has more than 50 years of real estate experience as a property manager, residential developer, investor, syndicator, broker and mortgage banker. A pioneer in the development of condominiums, he built some of the finest residential communities in the Baltimore area, with aggregate present values in excess of $300,000,000.
Jonas got his
start in real estate as assistant to the president and then as president for a firm engaged in real estate development, property management, leasing and sales in the Baltimore area and mortgage banking and mortgage servicing on a national scale. His leadership skills and background as an attorney were crucial to the company’s success. After eleven years, Jonas opened his own firm to focus on real estate development and management.
