Jon VerSteeg is the Chief Financial Officer at JouleX Inc.
Jon VerSteeg joined as the company’s Chief Financial Officer in early 2011 bringing with him 24 years of technology finance experience in publicly-held and venture-backed companies.
Prior to JouleX, VerSteeg was CFO of Agentek from 2007 to 2011.
CFO of VistaScape (acquired by
Siemens) from 2003 to 2006.
VerSteeg was Internet Security System’s Director of Finance from 1996 to 2002 during which time the company grew from a startup to more than $250 million in worldwide revenue and completed a series of VC financings and an initial public offering.
VerSteeg started his career in 1987 at Digital Communications Associates (DCA), at the time a publicly-held pioneer in the PC to mainframe connectivity market.
VerSteeg holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.
An MBA from Georgia State University.
