Jon is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years international experience as a Finance Director of both public and private companies operating in manufacturing, defence and technology sectors.
After graduating in Chemistry from Liverpool University, he joined Arthur Andersen & Co, specialising in Corporate Recovery before moving to Alfred
Dunhill plc as Treasury Manager. Jon then gained FTSE100 experience in the Defence sector firstly during his position of Finance Director at Dowty Aerospace Hydraulics, a TI Group subsidiary and then as Finance Director of Aerostructures Hamble, a Smiths Group company.
He joined AIM listed Conder Environmental plc, a manufacturer of environmental systems as Group Finance Director and was then promoted to Group Managing Director. For the last three years Jon has been CFO of Becrypt Limited, a specialist provider of software security solutions to the UK and US Governments.
Jon has a proven track record of international merger and acquisition experience, working with a wide range of institutional investors and funders.
