Jon graduated UC Davis with a BS in Fiber and Polymer Science and minor in Economics in 1997. He started his career in IT immediately following graduation with a large mortgage company in San Diego. He quickly obtained his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer plus Internet certifications and moved on to consulting. In July of 2000 he started the
Palecek Consulting Group. In 17 short years he has grown the company to over 200 active clients spread across California. Jon believes continual process improvement and personal growth are the foundations of success in business.
