Mr. Mitchell has successfully guided Illumination Works from a single-person consultancy in the federal contracting space to a 100+ person organization with multiple lines of business supporting commercial industry and government clients. Mr. Mitchell provides day to day leadership of senior executive team as well as sets strategic direction and
vision for the organization. Mr. Mitchell is also primarily responsible for innovation and research and design projects that increase Illumination Work’s capabilities and allow it to offer niche and or unique service and technical offerings to its clients.
Prior to founding Illumination Works, Mr. Mitchell held increasing progressive roles with other companies in development, data architect, business integration, research and management supporting a broad range of commercial and Government clients. In 2006, he started Illumination Works to offer a better solution to these clients and has never looked back.
