Jon Field is a Nashville entrepreneur, real estate developer, and motorsports competitor whose career spans more than three decades of building businesses from the ground up. As executive co-chair of TC Restaurant Group alongside his brother Joe, Jon helped pioneer the development of Nashville's Lower Broadway at a time when few believed in
the area's potential, laying the groundwork for what is now recognized as one of the premier entertainment districts in the world.
Jon's contributions to TC Restaurant Group extend well beyond hospitality. His hands-on approach to operations and real estate has been central to the brothers' expansion into commercial property development, including the acquisition and transformation of a downtown Nashville skyscraper into a Class A office and lifestyle complex. Jon has been instrumental in the buildout of the property's amenities, overseeing construction and renovation efforts that reflect the same sweat-equity ethos that has defined the Field brothers' business from day one.
