Jon is the Managing Partner of Praesidian Capital Europe. He plays a key role with transaction origination, structuring, and execution, as well as portfolio management at the firm.
Jon joined Praesidian Capital with 14 years of investment banking and portfolio management experience. Most recently, he was a Founding Partner at WP Global Partners,
a private equity firm in New York.
Earlier, Jon was at The Wicks Group and was involved in the acquisition, financing, strategy, and oversight of its investments. Before Wicks, Jon was the Senior Investment Manager at CMS Companies for a $1.5 billion private equity portfolio and while pursuing his MBA he worked at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, in the distressed debt group. Before graduate school, he worked in the Latin American Corporate Finance Group at the Chase Manhattan Bank.
He received his MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in International Relations from Boston University.
