Jon founded Deposify in 2014 following a +10 year legal career in merger & acquisitions with a leading Irish law firm where his dominant focus was technology, working with institutional and private investors and technology companies. The idea for Deposify came from Jon’s experience of escrow in M&A deals and wanting escrow to be an everyday
