Mr. Youle was previously the General Manager of ConsultAndes, SA, a Lima, Peru-based consulting firm where he spent nine years advising natural resources companies, primarily mining, operating and developing projects across Latin America, on a variety of matters, including business development, external affairs and political risk. Prior to that,
Mr. Youle spent several years as a consultant and lawyer in the field of telecommunications, including extensive work advising governments and companies in deregulation and privatization processes. He is a US citizen, who is half-Argentine, and has lived in several Latin American countries, including, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Uruguay. Mr. Youle is a graduate of Dartmouth College, and also has a J.D. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
