John is a Managing Director in WhiteHorse Capital’s Chicago office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction structuring and execution of post-closing operational strategies.
John has more than a decade of experience in middle market private equity, investment banking and lending. He has executed
investments across a wide range of industries including healthcare, specialty finance, financial services, transportation, business services and manufacturing and distribution. Prior to joining WhiteHorse Capital in 2012, John was a senior professional with Patriot Capital, where he executed and managed numerous debt and equity investments.
John earned an M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with distinction and an undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, in accounting from the Towson University. John also holds his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
