John founded Harvest Properties in 2002 and serves as the Managing Partner.
Before founding Harvest, John was a senior vice president at Spieker Properties, responsible for an eight-million-square-foot portfolio as well as regional investment and development activities. John also helped launch the IPO for Spieker Properties. He has over 25 years
of commercial real estate experience, from sourcing and structuring through managing, leasing, and disposition.
John holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors from Brown University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, where he lectures in the graduate business program. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
