John Valvanis leads TwinStrata's engineering and customer services teams. John has spent 16 years in the data storage business, involved in both engineering and technical customer service. Most recently John was employed at Incipient as Director of Customer Services.
Prior to Incipient, John held the role of section manager at HP where he
headed both QA engineering and technical services for the CASA storage appliance. John came to HP from the acquisition of StorageApps in 2001, where he was the Director of Platform Engineering. John also spent a number of years at EMC where he worked in technical services.
John holds a B.S. in Economics and Mathematics from Tufts University.
