Prior to Slalom, John was the Vice President of Service Delivery for Synchronoss Technologies, where he provided tier 1 telecommunications carriers with service activation, mobile and cloud application and contact center solutions. He has decades of deep experience in telecommunications, software development, product management and customer support experiences and has helped shape solutions to match the ever-changing dynamics over time.
