John Ronayne is Vice President & Senior Counsel for Graham Media Group. Prior to this, he served as Vice President & General Counsel of GMG from 2001-2015. In this role, Ronayne provides specific expertise and counsel to corporate leadership in the management of GMG’s television stations and subsidiaries.
Prior to joining Graham Media
Group, Ronayne was in private practice, specializing in the representation of the media. He has served as counsel to the Michigan Association of Broadcasters for over three decades and has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America continuously since 1991.
Ronayne received his B.S. degree in Engineering from Kettering University and his J.D. from Detroit College of Law.
